FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


WHAT IS YOUR COVID-19 PROTOCOL?

Each member of my team and myself are fully vaccinated and adhere to COVID-19 safety measures. We wear masks 100% of the time while we shoot. After each shoot, the studio, equipment, and make up supplies are sanitized. Once we secure our shoot, we will communicate all COVID-19 protocols to ensure a safe and healthy experience.

FOR HEADSHOTS - WHAT DO I WEAR? WHAT DO I BRING?

Bring a selection of 4-6 looks that you love and feel great in. Solids, patterns, t-shirts, and collared shirts are all great. 

We'll go through your wardrobe together at the beginning of the shoot and select the pieces that will best suit your new headshots.

WHERE WILL WE SHOOT?

I primarily shoot out of a photography studio location in midtown Manhattan. 

I am able to travel off site for a convenience fee.

DO YOU PROVIDE HAIR AND MAKEUP?

Hair and Makeup can be provided upon request. While it is not required, I do highly recommend the addition of a hair and makeup artist to your shoot. I have noticed that photoshoots often have the best results when a hair and make up person is able to lend their talents.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A SHOOT?

I believe the best preparation for a photoshoot begins the day before the shoot with a good night's rest. Drink plenty of water the day before and day of the shoot and try to avoid too much caffeine / alcohol. 

In the week leading up to our shoot, I will be in touch to answer any and all of your questions and to discuss the shoot date specifics.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

There is a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total photoshoot cost required to secure your photoshoot date. This deposit is transferable to a rescheduled shoot, as long as the shoot takes place within three months of the original photoshoot date . The rest of the payment total is due on the day of your shoot.

WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION POLICY? 

If rescheduling is necessary, you will need to pay the rest of the payment total in advance before a new shoot date is scheduled.

If you need to cancel, it must be 48 hours in advance. If it is within the timeframe of 48 hours, you will be responsible for full payment.
